Like you all already know, the former Miss Fatima Dangote, now Mrs. Fatima Jamil Mohammed Abubakar is one of the eldest daughters of Alhaji Aliko Dangote, Africa’s official most affluent man.
Apart from the fact that she is an Executive Director Commercial NASCON & Savannah Sugar, a given at one of her dad’s vast business concerns, she’s the owner, CEO/MD of her own thriving and successful lifestyle business concern, “The Cupcake Factory”, which she established about 7 years ago.
Fatima is a graduate of Law, with an LLB (Hons) from one of the top higher institutions in the UK, the University of Surrey, Guildford, Surrey, England. Before joining her dad’s company, she was an associate of Banwo and Ighodalo law firm, which is one of the renowned law firms in Nigeria. She joined Dangote Group in 2014, as the Special Assistant to the MD Cement, before she later became “Group Corporate Strategy Specialist” in the brand. She became a director in 2016.
The quiet and soft spoken, beautiful female version of her lookalike dad, is the epitome of humility and grace, unlike many who if they were in her position would have been loud and uncontrollable braggarts.
She became Mrs. Jamil Mohammed Abubakar only yesterday, Friday, March 15, 2018 at a colourful event well steeped in the tradition and culture of the Northern part of the country.
